The ability to move into the building itself to a larger or smaller office according to your changing business needs is also a highly appreciated flexibility.
Our business center has 5 floors of approximately 440m². There are several working spaces in 3 of them. They are modern premises and are equipped with functional furniture, with central heating and air conditioning. They are totally secured by badge access, and a central alarm and there are more than 20 cameras filming access permanently.
Your working space is your home, you access it as needed 24/7.
There are common areas on each floor: kitchen, meeting room, and toilets (2 for ladies and 2 for men).
For the delivery of your parcels, you can count on our secretariat, located on the ground floor of the building.
We offer short-term (1 year) or long-term (3 years) rental contracts, automatically renewable with resignation notice of 3 months prior to expiry or 6 months for any contract interruption. The mandatory rental guarantee is 3 months.
The rent includes internet access, a fixed telephone line, and a provision for all other rental charges. When the exact calculation of the rental charges is done, a regularization is made compared to actual consumption.
We have a limited number of parking spaces for rent in the inner courtyard. In case of unavailability, it is possible to obtain a “riparian” parking card for companies domiciled in Saint-Gilles.
